Rays Meet Dodgers In World Series Final In Arlington Texas

It is going to be a feast for the eyes when two teams meet for the world series. Both have climbed mountains and have moved heaven on earth it has been one tough season. With the pandemic playing havoc with fixtures, postponements and games cancelled there was no respite. One of the teams has been there many times only have not made it as a winner. It has been over a run of three decades without any joy in the finals they have attained. The other is a relatively new squad that has been to the finals twice. They are very contrasting teams one is a true giant with salaries in the many millions. The other is used to doing by with the meagre resources they deploy.

Either way the both knocked out many excellent teams to get where they are. Even though attendance is going to be restricted it promised to be one of the finest world series in years.

Michael runs our Sports News Department. He and his team cover everything athletic from all around the country. Michael has been fascinated with sports journalism ever since he was a child. It was something about the ability to put the raw emotions of a sports fan into words. He discovered that talent himself after being asked to cover a soccer game for a school newspaper. Despite getting a degree, Michael always says that a stadium stand was the best school of journalism for him. He acquired a decade worth of experience as a sportscaster for Goal FM, Capital Sport and Washington Prime. Today Michael inhabits a liveaboard in Portland (and wouldn't change it for anything), runs 18 miles a week and never misses a sports event. Email:davis@regionalusa.com
