Fast Food Giant Makes Changes

Although an advocate for a good meal there is no denying our love of fast food. However, it is how our modern life and the effects of an ongoing pandemic that is changing how we get that food. A major chain has opened a brand new outlet much smaller than its normal outlet size. This allows out to move its locations to upper market spaces. The reconfiguration of its stores also allows for the safety of its staff as well as customers. Only pre-ordered food digitally is offered to do away with seating. The customer comes in to pick up their orders. They have allowed for benches for customers to sit on should a delay occur. The CEO is anticipating even greater sales this year as a result of the changes.

Emma is the head of the Health Department in Regional USA. She is a professional nutritionist who believes in the power of a tasty meal. Emma spent her childhood years in her grandparents' home in Toscana — she loves to say that she was weaned on real Italian olives and semolina flour. That, along with her Nonna's vast book collection made her into the person she is today. After getting her Nutrition degree at Arizona State University, Emma finished an online screenwriting course, effectively uniting her knowledge to build a career on TV. She spent the next six years blissfully planning scripts for Food Liberation, Yummy Hour and Ask Your Doc, to name a few. Thankfully, we were lucky enough to snatch Emma for ourselves as our Sub-Editor, Health Editor and the endless source of seriously delicious vegan recipes (yes, those do exist!). Last year Emma moved to Louisiana with her partner, their two kids, and a pet iguana named Cormac.
